Champions
Our Project's Champions are the key to the success of our project. Champions live in the same community as their passenger Train Station. They know the leaders of their community and they know the political operations of their community. Champions are prepared to open a dialogue with local community leaders and to educate them on the importance of the passenger Train Station to their community.
Champions come from all walks of life and all backgrounds. The common ground they share is the understanding of the importance of passenger trains to the total mobility solution for all Americans. They understand the importance of passenger trains to not only the big cities but the many communities in between that are served by passenger trains. They understand the economic importance of rail passenger service.
